Quail!
We got some Japanese Quail (Coturnix Quail) about a month ago. When they are 6-8 weeks old they are mature and start laying eggs and they are also slaughter age. The ones we have are about 6 weeks old right now and we had our FIRST egg layed yesterday!!
I will try to get around to doing a post all about the Japanese/Coturnix Quail.
